Default What is your current computer ?

Since I do nothing with IT or anything graphic intensive, I STILL have my old Thinkpad T61 I bought in 2007. Still going strong to this day, and I use it daily. Has almost 30,000 power-on hours.

I think it's finally starting to shit the bed, since I can hear the fan starting to grumble quite a bit recently.

She has 160GB hard drive, and a whopping 2 gigs of ram hahaha

In tech years that is a total Dinosaur my friend!

My computing line up is comprised of both Apple and Microsoft. I have a 27" iMAC on my desk at home, a MacBook Pro for work and a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 for personal use.

Of all my computing devices I have to say that the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is my favorite. Great battery life, ultra portable, touchscreen and can be used as a tablet. I highly recommend looking at the Surface lineup.

I have one miserable computer, a Lenovo that I bought a few years ago as a refurb for a poultry $398. Works fine.

I really don't need that much in a computer. But at the same time a lot of people are using JUST an iPad, or some sort of tablet for their main computer. I couldn't do that either. I need some kind of actual laptop or PC to work with.

Yeah, the gaming industry has really driven puter technology. I use mine for Internut, email and an occasional letter, and financial stuff. Very useful, but I don't need a lot of speed or other high end features. At my age I need smoothage not roughage.

Lenovo does make excellent products. Their Thinkpad line is amazing, as well as their other stuff.

My friend Mike deals with Dell like 90% of the time and he said they have a fantastic product line as well as good customer service. Then again with all the outsourcing of the help to foreign country's, I'm surprised anyone is experiancing "good" customer service recently at all haha
