Question What's your phone case?

How are you protecting your coveted mobile device? At the present I am running naked with my devices. My devices are naked, not me.

Ever since I started using Smartphones ( back in 2008 when I bought my first iPhone ) I've ALWAYS used nothing BUT Otter Box Defender series cases.

They last the 2 years you'll have the phone, and if they do break, e-mail their customer service and they'll usually just send you a new case for free.

With these new phones being waterproof now I guess the need for a case isn't as high as it was but still knowing that a case is there in case it's dropped on a floor / ground / etc is enough insurance for me.

I've never had a naked phone lol

Phone's I've had an Otter Box for - iPhone 3G, 4, HTC DNA, HTC M8, and now my current iPhone 7+ They've never let me down.

Do you guys find the Otter Box cases to be rather bulky? Or do you not care with the peace of mind they deliver?

They are defiantly bulky, but with the added piece of mind that you have to do something REALLY bad to damage your phone in one of them, it's worth it.

Plus it comes with a belt clip and I've always carried my phone on my belt anyway, so that takes care of that. For someone that's looking for a slimmer case to fit in, say a shirt pocket or jeans pocket - then the Otter Box def. isn't the one for you haha

Its bulky but I like the security of the rubberized case. Mine rides in my front pants pocket or my shirt pocket.

Also Otter box. I'm so used to the thickness, when I do take it out of the case, the phone feels too thin. My only gripe is my headphones don't plug into my phone while in the case. But, I got my S8 the first day it was offered and I might actually have an Otter box case for an S7. It isn't a big enough problem. If it were, I'd probably get a pair of wireless Bose headphones.

My beef with the Otterbox is that I run with two cell phones. So that would be double the thickness of an Otterbox. No bueno.
